Any legal action or proceeding related to this Website must be brought exclusively in a federal court of competent jurisdiction in San Francisco County, CA, or state court of competent jurisdiction in Marin County, CA.

XII. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, such provision will severe and all other provisions will remain in force.
